Da Maurizio Dining Room Menu

For the month of February da Maurizio will be donating a portion of the profits from every prix fixe menu sold to the Haiti Relief Effort.

This menu will be available throughout the month of February with the exception of the 14th

Please choose one item from each of the following three courses

Antipasti

Nova Scotia smoked salmon layered with horseradish mascarpone,

lime marinated red onion, shaved cucumber, lemon, capers and grilled bread,

Flash fried calamari finished with tomato, garlic, chilies, lemon and Italian parsley,

Fresh mussels sautéed with garlic, oinions, chilies, white wine, leeks, tomato and fresh herbs

OR

Soup of Italian meatballs, mushrooms and pearl barley braised in rich beef stock.

Secondi Piatti

Panko crusted haddock sautéed with lobster, white wine, tomato and a splash of cream,

Pork tenderloin wrapped with prosciutto, topped with foie gras and finished with a Madeira and demiglaze reduction

OR

Oven roasted chicken breast served with a variety of wild mushrooms, served with red wine and demiglaze.

Dolci

Pumpkin and mascarpone cheesecake served with a ginger cookie crust, drizzled with dolce di leche,

Maple crème brulee garnished with a cinnamon sugar cookie

OR

Flourless chocolate torte served with almond caramel ice cream and chocolate ganache.
